1. ORANGE SALAD
You need 2 oranges, 1 fennel, black olives, 1 thinily-sliced red onion, 2/3 slices of ham, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. Add extra-virgin olive oil and enjoy your salad!
2. FARMER’S SALAD
Iceberg salad, 1 grilled sliced chicken breast, carrots, corn and Parmesan cheese flakes. Add an olive oil and lemon dressing!
3. MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
This salad recalls the colours and scents of the Mediterranean coasts: lettuce, rocket salad, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, corn, tuna. Add extra-virgin olive oil dressing.

4. TROPICAL SALAD
If you like the tropical taste, you’ll love this is salad! You need: spinach, rocket salad, 1 diced avocado, pineapple, thinily-sliced smocked salmon, cherry tomatoes. Add an olive oil and lemon dressing and toss the salad!
5. WINTER SALAD
The right salad for this season: lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, diced slice of aged cheese, spelt (or millet or quinoa). Add extra-virgin olive oil and enjoy your salad!
